The staff's attentiveness, particularly during breakfast service, made our mornings special. The stunning beach view from our balcony was a perfect retreat.

The ocean view from the balcony of our Premier Twin room was breathtaking, providing a serene start to each day.
The dining options were frustrating. we often found that the fine dining restaurants were fully booked, which limited our choices for dinner.

The ocean view from the balcony of our Premier Twin room was amazing, providing a serene start to each day. The beach access offered a convenient way to unwind right outside the hotel.
Breakfast had long wait times at the buffet, and while there was an alternative restaurant, it required extra payment for a better selection. The firmness of the bed might not suit everyone's taste.

Families will enjoy this place
I was amazed by the friendly staff who went above and beyond, especially that bellboy who spoke fluent English and made us feel welcome. The sea urchin rice bowl at the Japanese restaurant was very nice, and the waitress was so attentive that she made our dinner feel like a special event!
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but the value was understandable for a resort of this caliber.

would love to go back
Our room was amazing with air conditioning, a balcony, and all the amenities like a minibar and electric kettle. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the outdoor pool had plenty of sun loungers. Loved the separate shower and bath in the bathroom. The spa facilities made it a relaxing stay.

The room had an amazing ocean view and was really spacious, which I loved. It also had a nice balcony to relax on. The cleanliness was impressive. everything felt fresh and well-maintained. Just a little downside was that there was no small laundry rack on the balcony for our wet swimsuits. But overall, it was a comfy stay!

Great breakfast and helpful staff!
I heard the breakfast buffet was a must, and it didn’t disappoint, tho I thought the line was a bit much! The pool was awesome, perfect for my fam, and the staff was super nice, especially a waitress who was super chill and helpful. Oh, and a small laundry rack on the balcony would’ve been nice for our wet swimsuits!
